    Alcyane Marinho

    Alcyane is a lecturer at the Physical Education Department, Santa Catarina State University (UDESC), Brazil. She completed her undergraduate degree (1995) in Physical Education at Sao Paulo State University (Unesp) and her Masters (2001, title: “From search to nature to artificial environments: reflections about sport climbing”) and PhD (2006, title: “Different interfaces of adventure in nature: reflections on sociability in contemporary life”) at Campinas State University (Unicamp), Brazil. Alcyane is also a researcher for the Leisure Studies Group, Sao Paulo State University, since 2001.
